[May 2007] Heat Pipe in polymeric matrices: a new challenge for Nanto
A R&D project aiming at setting up an innovative prototype of a Loop Heat Pipe will start next June at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Bergamo. Heat Pipe components will be built in polymeric matrices for effective cooling of electronic devices. The research team, led by Prof. Marco Marengo, will collaborate with Prof. Maria Cristina Tanzi of the Department of Bioengineering/ Milan Polytechnic as well as with Nanto.
